Even though this isn't caffeine based, it is a great pick me up. Rich in antioxidants, it is great for digestion, and packed with minerals it helps your immunity pack it's own punch.How to Brew
2 teaspoons or 2-3 grams per 250ml of boiled water. Pour the water over the herbs. Infuse for 3-5 minutes and enjoy! Can be refilled 1-3 times.
Options
Add honey for a sweetener
Brew and chill to serve as an iced tea. Add ice cubes to the finished drink.
Can be frozen in ice cubes and added to a smoothie
