Ginger Tea is warm, peppery with a hint of sweet. Deliciously fragrant and spicy, you know it's not only a taste wonder but so good for your body!
Benefits
Ginger helps fight inflammation, and stimulates the immune system. It has to be a go to when you are sick, almost no matter what the ailment. An absolute with nausea and digestive issues, colds, coughs and sore throats.
It's great for blood sugar and a nice warming brew on a cold winter's day.
How to Brew
2 teaspoons or 2-3 grams per 250ml of boiled water. Pour the water over the herbs. Infuse for 3-5 minutes and enjoy! Can be refilled 1-3 times.
Options:
Add honey for a sweetener
Brew and chill to serve as an iced tea. Add ice cubes to the finished drink
Can be frozen in ice cubes and added to a smoothie. Ice cubes can also be sucked on when you are feeling unwell.

50g = approximately 15-20 first cups (most tea can be used for 1-3 refills)
100g = approximately 40-50 first cups
