Taste Profile
Uni Tea is a sweet tea, with a hint of spice. With a mellow richness, if is refreshing, and lovely as an after meal tea or a cold tea.
Benefits
It is a great tonic for the liver, and can help with balancing blood sugars after eating. With it's slight spiciness it is a warming tea, but served chilled can be refreshing too. Mānuka is a great for underpinning the immune system.
How to Brew
2 teaspoons or 2-3 grams per 250ml of boiled water. Pour the water over the herbs. Infuse for 3-5 minutes and enjoy! Can be refilled 1-3 times.
Options
Add honey for a sweetener, but this is quite a sweet tea anyway.
Brew and chill to serve as an iced tea. Add ice cubes to the finished drink
Serve chilled with sparkling water, soda water, or even lemonade (unsweetened lemonade is best).
Can be frozen in ice cubes and added to a smoothie
Packaging
50g = approximately 15-20 first cups (most tea can be used for 1-3 refills)
100g = approximately 40-50 first cups

This tea has one ingredient which is not always organic, namely Mānuka, and as a whole blend is not certified organic. All other ingredients in this blend are certified organic.
